PROGRAMS

Sanford Nautilus has a wide variety of programs available, whether you're a beginner or an advanced exerciser, we can assess you for your fitness level and help match you to a class, program and/or instructor to fit your needs.

Exercise Classes

Classes are based on American Council of Exercise (ACE) and Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) guidelines. For your safety, please arrive on time. It is necessary to warm up and cool down to avoid potential injury.

Racquetball

For the convenience of our members, we have an official-sized racquetball court available for usage during club hours. This court can be reserved in person or by phoning the Front Desk no sooner than one day in advance.

Swimming

The Sanford Nautilus maintains a full-sized indoor (25 meters; 27 yards) heated pool. The pool is arranged in a rectangular shape, with six lap lanes. The pool is always open during club hours.

Yoga

Yoga is a mind, body, and spirit discipline. It involves a combination of postures, breathing, and meditation. Each week's class is different, each one challenging in its own way. An integrative style of hatha yoga is taught.

Aqua Aerobics

Dive into our exciting Aqua Aerobics workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning! This class uses the properties of water to provide minimal stress on the joints while using a full range of motion for a great workout.
