Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a proven method of stress relief. Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissue for the purpose of healing and health maintenance. Its benefits are both psychological and physiological. Professional massage therapist appointments are available days and evenings.

Tanning

There is one tanning bed on site. Tanning is for members only and usage is not included in membership packages. There is an additional cost for this service.

• Fee: $4 per visit
• $20 for unlimited visits in one month

Pool Parties

Our pool may be rented on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The fee is $80.00 for 10-20 guests and $130.00 for 20-30 guests. A lifeguard will be provided. Please contact the front desk to sign up for this service.

Hot Tubs

The Sanford Nautilus has separate hot tubs for men and women in the locker rooms. They are always open when the club is open and usage is included in all membership packages.

Saunas

The Sanford Nautilus has separate sauna facilities for men and women in their respective locker rooms. Like the hot tubs, they are always open when the club is open and usage is included in all membership packages.

Towel Service

Each member can receive a towel at the Front Desk while exercising.
